You must have previous Area Manager experience within retail. We are looking for a candidate who has covered a large amount of stores within there area and are used to dealing with volume retailing. We are looking for someone who has a great track record in sales and achieving targets. You should be results driven.
You should be a fantastic communicator and motivate your staff to achieve all targets.
