Our client is a leading new build housing company.  Building in excess of 400 units a year throughout the central belt, has opened up the opportunity for an experienced Sales & Marketing manager to join the senior management team.

Reporting to the Sales & marketing director, the ideal candidate will already have several years experience working as a Sales Manager for a Housebuilder and be fully aware of the responsibilities involved.

You will have numerous sales negotiators to look after and the developments range from city centre flatted projects to luxury detached timber frame villas in prime locations.

In today's market, being a good Sales Manager is a difficult but rewarding job. We are looking for a manager who knows how to get the best from their staff; who can cope under pressure and still deliver results.
