A very successful, privately owned housebuilding and timber frame company in Scotland has the opportunity for a Contracts Manager to join their Construction team. Producing over 300 timber frame luxury homes throughout the central belt each year, this company has grown its business upon reputation. Each home is cleverly designed and the finishes are very unique. There has been an increased focus placed upon finding new locations in the central area of Scotland. Thanks to these developments, the company can now add an additional contracts Manager to the team. We are seeking either an experienced Contracts Manager, who has a proven track record in managing multiple NEW BUILD developments or you could well be a talented Project/Site Manager working in housebuilding who can demonstrate why you are ready for your next promotion. Excellent knowledge of NHBC guidelines and a firm awareness of all Health & Safety requirements on site are both paramount in this role. Equally we are seeking a Manager who knows how to talk to his staff. Working under pressure and to programmes can be a difficult role and the Site Managers need to be motivated and managed to ensure the homes are not only built on time, but are build to the highest of standards. Therefore we are looking for a Contracts Manager who will bring out the best in his Site Teams, who will reward hard work and will ensure his team's efforts are recognised by the senior management in the company.
